Each of our projects is a product of our many years of education, experience and keeping up with trends.

Architectural features

Beautiful exterior, intelligent interior! For us, this means that the building must be interesting from the outside, but meaningful in terms of its layout. When talking to the architects about the project design assignment, we mainly insist on the following: a separate hallway, an open space living room, a kitchen with a kitchen island, bedrooms ≥ 12 m2, a clear interior height of ≥ 275 cm, a functional outdoor space suitable for spending time with family and friends, comfortable parking spaces and large windows for more daylight.

In the future, we will adhere to the same parameters, which we will upgrade as needed in accordance with trends and customer needs.

Facilities

In each property we install facilities that we have carefully selected through comparison of the many products available. We are aware that for most buyers, in the end, the most important thing are the facilities because ultimately, they are the only thing visible to the buyer, but also the part of the property that is used the most, and thus first subject to activation of guarantees and warranties.
