I help you with design - idea for the project, creation of project terms of reference, selection of architect, design control.
I help you with obtaining a building permit - visits to the clerk, telephone communication - architect, clerk, etc.

Review of the cost estimate and definition of all items from the project and cost estimate.
Collection of up to 3 bids for all works – presentation to the investor.
Total estimate of all costs and value of the investment.
Negotiating with craftsmen, proposing equipment suppliers and negotiating rebates.
Selection of supervision, contractors and craftsmen - advising investors in the selection and contracting of contractors.
Defining the tentative schedule and deadlines.

Introduction of the contractor/supervisor/foreman to the work and prior familiarization with the details.
