Modern luxury villa with a pool located in a small and quiet community on the island of Krk, ideally positioned on the edge of the green zone and with an open view of the sea and neighbouring islands.
This villa is one of the three villas that form a mini community of luxury villas. All villas are built in the same architectural style and the project is designed so that each villa has an open view of the sea. When designing, we tried to make the villa fit into the environment in which it is located, and yet to have an emphasis on modern architecture.
The villa was designed for clients who want peace, quiet and comfort and have a need for quality materials and first-rate facilities that were built into the villa.
Architectural features
The designed residential building - a holiday home consisting of one residential unit that extends over two floors.
The ground floor has an "open space" living room with a kitchen and dining area with direct access to the covered terrace, which is slightly elevated compared to the sun deck and pool. A single cantilever staircase connects the ground floor with the 1st floor. On the 1st floor there is a laundry room, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom and also one room with a private bathroom. All of the rooms on the 1st floor have access to an uncovered terrace with a beautiful panoramic sea view. All rooms have direct daylight. The clear height of the space on the ground floor is 275 cm. Upstairs it is 270-340 cm.
The building has been shifted towards the northern boundary of the building plot, to create a useful sunny space for spending time outdoors, on the south side facing the sea. For the users of this modern villa, a special atmosphere is given by the overflow pool lined with grey foil in imitation of stone, which gives it a beautiful natural bluish-grey colour.
