A modern luxury villa with a pool located in a small and peaceful village on the island of Krk, positioned at the entrance to the small authentic village of Tribulje on the eastern side of the island of Krk. The villa will offer a partial sea view from the ground floor and a predominant sea view from the first floor.
During the design process, we aimed for the villa to blend in with its surroundings through its exterior while still emphasizing modern architecture.
The villa is designed for clients seeking peace, tranquility, and comfort, with a need for high-quality materials and top-of-the-line equipment incorporated into the villa. The nearest beach is located 2.0 km away.
Architectural Features
The designed residential building - a detached holiday house consists of one residential unit spread over two floors. The house has a living area of 144.00m2 and is situated on a 646.00m2 plot.
The ground floor features an open-space living area with a kitchen and dining room providing direct access to the covered terrace, slightly elevated compared to the sunbathing area and the pool. A single-flight cantilever staircase connects the ground floor to the 1st floor. On the 1st floor, there is a laundry room, two bedrooms, and a shared bathroom, as well as one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms on the 1st floor have access to an uncovered terrace with a beautiful sea view. All rooms receive direct natural light. The ceiling height on the ground floor is 275 cm, and on the first floor, it ranges from 270 to 340 cm.
The building is shifted towards the eastern boundary of the plot to create a useful sunny outdoor living space. The property features a pool, sunbathing area, garden and a terrace with space for barbecue and gatherings.
